easyProperty is one of the UK’s largest online estate agencies providing the tools users need to easily let and sell property. We joined the company in the strategic early stages and were involved in all aspects of the product from concept to launch. Working closely with the stakeholders and developers we assembled a multidisciplinary team to design, build and test every product decision across multiple platforms. Our rapidly growing Agile team was able to deliver a successful product to market within the targeted 10 month time frame. During our time with easyProperty we always advocated for the end user, instilled the benefits of user centred thinking in the company’s culture, defined and achieved KPI targets, enhanced and refined product and services, designed and implemented test strategies, evangelised UCD methodologies and maintained clear communication between teams.
